Spirit finders Scotland attended the first ever paranormal convention staged in Dublin Ireland we arrived at the hotel for the convention were the main hall were the convention was taking place was still being set up the team then had the chance to speak with one of the main speakers at the convention Steve parsons we spoke with Steve for some time getting some good stories from his time on different TV locations and his experiences at different haunted locations around Britain , Steve a Parapsychologist and co-founder of Para Science, Steve parsons has worked on programmes such as Most Haunted and has been featured on the Discovery Channel both as an Investigator and for his work on Infrasound. Steve is a scientific and sceptical investigator who has no fears talking about his experiences behind the scenes of some of TVs most well know paranormal shows. Steve accepted an invitation to become an Honorary Member of spritfinders scotland
During the course of the day we met some interesting people and other paranormal organisations ,from investigation organisations to tarot readers we also had a chat with staff from some Irish castles and different costume selling organisations .
There were many visitors to the convention asking questions and how we conduct our investigations many of them listening to spirit finders Evp that we have caught during investigations we also got to speak with historian Richard Jones author of many books including Haunted Britain and Ireland, Myths and Legends of Britain and Ireland, Haunted Inns of Britain and Ireland and Haunted London. He has also written guides to Dublin, the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula, Oxford, Cambridge, York, Edinburgh, Chester, Bath and Stratford Richard has also appeared on most haunted live along with Richard Felix , Richard Jones accepted an invitation become an Honory member of spirit finders Scotland.
